As of the 3rd of August 2016, there seem to be no country-specific updates, at least for Europe and the UK. Perhaps that could change. MS must be offering the UK authorities a discount price because of that.

So the PCTA RSN would act as a sanity check for all new Internet design strategies. Be the essential exercise, it would be the first step, the first big decision: Should we agree to do so even in the current Internet framework?

Let alone better, reinvent the wheel from scratch! A much better way to design what the government wants to do with our data, is to devise an alternative Internet protocol and structure that is not based on the current legacy structure.An Internet so that all that should be needed / wanted (privacy), may only lie within the protocol, and not be present in actual data, on the servers.
